Washington Naval Orange Tree

Holding a reputation for being one of the most popular citrus trees to grow in the world, the Washington navel orange tree is the most esteemed orange tree for backyard growers. This tree is easy to grow, requires less care than other orange trees, and also outperforms most other citrus trees. 

Ripening season for Washington naval oranges falls within the late fall to early winter, however, their integrity and quality can be maintained on the tree for up to three months post season. 

The large round oranges this tree produces have a pebbled orange rind that peels easily. The Washington navel orange tree has fragrant and sweet-smelling white flowers. The foliage on this tree is evergreen.
